  • Lunch at the Grand Hotel Vittoria
  • Free Time in Montecatini Terme
  • Early evening visit to a local produce market
  • Cooking Class #1 and Dinner with Chef Gianfranco
  • "Pasta Al Dente 101" - Play in dough until your fingers get the real feeling of pasta. Learn about the "basics" for Authentic Tuscan Cooking

Tuesday

  • Visit San Gimingnano, the small Etruscan settlement known for its Medieval Towers
  • Visit Fattoria Cusona in San Gimingnano. The Cusona estate belongs to the noble Guicciardini Strozzi family, which produces a superb Vernaccia de San Gimignano - tour the historic estate, followed with lunch and wine tasting
  • Free time in the late afternoon
  • Dinner at the Grand Hotel Vittoria

Wednesday

  • Visit Florence, the Renaissance art capital of the world - tour guide optional, or explore Florence on your own
  • Lunch on your own in Florence
  • Meet at pre-determined location, then on to Dinner at a Florence restaurant with Chef Gianfranco, and Lisa

Thursday

  • Visit the charming city of Lucca, discovering the riches behind the medieval walls - tour guide optional, or discover Lucca on your own
  • Lunch on your own in Lucca
  • Visit the Capezanna Estates, owned and operated by Count Ugo Contini Bonacossi and his family. Tour of the wine estate and olive oil mill, followed with Cooking Class #2, with the Bonacossi’s personal chef
  • Dinner, then wine tasting at the estate

Friday

  • Visit an Espresso shop, learning about the different roasting techniques.
  • Cooking Class #3 with guest Chef
  • Lunch
  • Free time in the afternoon in Montecatini Terme
  • Celebration Dinner at a restaurant
