Further, Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage, LLC cannot be responsible for your safety or protection from the acts or omissions of third parties including, without limitation, any acts of theft or pilferage. Therefore, please take all necessary precautions to protect your person and personal belongings while traveling.

LIABILITY

Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage, LLC assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying guests or in carrying out arrangements of this program, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident on the land, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage, LLC can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule. Program services include but not limited to guide services, ground transportation, cooking instruction, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage, LLC and with whom Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage, LLC shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services whether same shall be the result of charges in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Any transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are aboard their conveyances.

Each person participating in the trip described on this web site understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein. We reserve the right to change any mode of transportation, hotel and/or accommodation. We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.
